Volunteer: Kitchen Manager and ChefWe are looking for an individual to prepare and serve our Veteran Guests while at the lodge. Meals include Thursday evening, three meals Friday and Saturday and one meal on Sunday morning before guests depart. We have a standardized menu we serve for every hunt. We have a strong group of volunteers available to assist. We have 14 hunts per Pheasant hunting season which is from Sept-March. Works out to be every other weekend. We have specific guidelines we follow based on being a world-class hunting lodge that caters to Veterans. Interested individuals will be contacted and interviewed.
