Serving all residents in the Northern Hills of South Dakota, we work one-on-one with those seeking assistance, guiding them toward available services and support systems. Our mission extends beyond connections—we actively collaborate with local organizations to raise awareness, strengthen existing programs, and advocate for lasting change.
