Meals on Wheels Western South Dakota assists seniors in maintaining optimal health, independence and socialization, deferring admission to long-term care facilities and improving their quality of life.

Hot nutritious noon meals are served weekdays in communities throughout western South Dakota.  Participants may enjoy a meal delivered to their front door safely by friendly volunteers who not only bring a smile and conversation but important wellness checks for isolated seniors.
