Community Outreach Services - Veteran Outreach Services - Health Services; Including Mommy's Closet Diaper Bank, food distribution, and a housing-first approach to helping those facing homelessness. We also operate the Black Hills Regional Homeless Coalition to address the problem of homelessness on individual, community, and social levels. We provide a space where Veterans struggling with homelessness can shower, do their laundry, receive assistance through case management services, or simply enjoy a cup of coffee with other Veterans. Through our HIV prevention and Ryan White (Part B) programs, we provide education, testing, counseling, and referrals for those who are at-risk of contracting HIV and those with a positive HIV status. We can provide housing assistance services, emergency shelter, rehousing, security deposit assistance, etc. We operate an onsite food pantry, Mommy's Closet; a free crisis resource with necessary childcare supplies, and work with RCPD to help provide necessities such as winter gear, snacks and personal hygiene items to those in need, houseless individuals officers encounter while on duty.
